How to trade Ana Inciardi mini prints.
Trade Hub brings your available extras and wish list together, then gives both collectors room to review a proposal before agreeing. Eligible Print Keep members are included in matching automatically unless they turn off Show me in matches in My prints.
Open Trade HubMark what you can trade.
In My prints, set your Owned count and mark the copies you want to offer as UFT. Adding a print to your collection does not automatically list it for trade. Keep ISO and DISO current so possible matches reflect what you want.
- UFT means up for trade.
- ISO and DISO describe what you hope to receive.
- If an offered copy is already held in a trade, it cannot be promised again.
Choose a match or make a post.
Browse suggested matches and shuffle for more. ISO is optional; choose ISO + surprises in your matchup preferences to consider prints outside your wish list. You can turn matching off in My prints, or join again after leaving. A match is a starting point, not an agreed trade.
Other collectors see only the prints in that match and the prints you choose to publish in posts. Your entire UFT or ISO list is not shown just because you are in matching. Match offers let you choose only prints in that matchup.
Post what you have and what you want.
Open the Trade Hub feed. On a phone, tap + Post a trade. On desktop, choose Post what you have up for trade…, Trade or Deal.
First choose how you want to trade, then choose the prints you are offering under Up for trade, then the prints you want under You’re ISO. Your ISO prints come first; you can also choose from the catalog.
Choose Open to offers to review proposals, or Deal · exact trade for the exact exchange shown. Add an optional note, check both lists, then choose Post trade or Post deal. A deal still needs your confirmation before moving forward.
Find your published post under My posts. Incoming offers appear in My trades. If no prints appear under Up for trade, check the UFT count in My prints and whether those copies are held in another trade.
- Each selected print lists one available copy. Copies already held in another trade cannot be offered again.
- With Open to offers, Share my whole UFT list and Share my whole ISO list are optional. Preview your selected lists, then choose Post lists.
- Whole-list sharing saves a snapshot at posting. Later collection edits do not automatically update that post.
Choose what you want, then what you give.
On mobile, choose what you want, then what you give, then review before choosing Send offer. From a match, only the prints in that matchup can be selected. From a post, request only prints advertised in that post.
Review quantities and optional condition notes. Sending an offer starts a proposal; it does not mean both collectors have agreed. A counteroffer replaces the proposal, so both collectors review the new version again.
Confirm the offer.
Open the offer in My trades. If you sent it, choose Confirm your offer. If you received it, choose Accept offer. Both collectors review the prints and agree before moving on.
After you both agree, follow the private address, packing and shipping, arrival, and print-check steps. Completed trades update your collection; you do not need to log the same trade again.
- Confirm the exact print and copy, not only the title.
- Discuss visible wear and any packaging expectations.
Decline an offer, withdraw yours, or cancel an agreed trade.
Before both collectors agree, choose Decline offer to turn down an offer you received, or Withdraw offer to take back your own offer. History shows Offer declined or Offer withdrawn.
After both collectors agree, either can choose Cancel trade until either participant marks a package shipped. Once a package is marked shipped, use the trade’s messages and Report a problem instead.
A clear offer before anything is mailed
A useful proposal names what each collector gives, rather than relying on a wish list image or a match suggestion alone.
A worked example
Example only: one collector offers one extra copy of Print A for one copy of Print B. Before agreeing, both people check the selected designs, one-copy quantities, visible condition, and shipping expectations. These placeholder names are not catalog records, a value comparison, or a suggested exchange rate.
Your checklist
- Check both sides of the current proposal after a counteroffer; an earlier message may describe an exchange that has changed.
- Describe a crease, mark, bent corner, or other visible wear before agreement. Ask for clarification if a photo or note does not show enough.
- Use the private trade steps for address details. Keep addresses and contact information out of public posts and share images.
- Agree on packing and shipping expectations before sending. Keep your own dispatch record; a suggested match or experience badge does not guarantee delivery.
- Use the trade's arrival and print-check steps for a completed Hub exchange. Do not manually log the same exchange again.
If something does not look right
If you cannot offer an expected copy, check its Owned and UFT counts and whether it is held in another trade. An empty suggestion list does not establish that a specific collector has no extras or is willing to change their preferences.
