PART ONE

Beta Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the Print Keep friends-and-family beta.

1. Agreement and beta operator

By selecting “I agree” or using the beta, you agree to these Beta Terms of Use. Print Keep is an independent, fan-made collector service operated by its creator. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Ana Inciardi or any print-rights holder. The Privacy Notice below describes data handling and is acknowledged separately from this contract. Contact the operator through the in-app Feedback page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your participation. Print Keep is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. If the operator learns that an account belongs to a child under 13, access may be closed and the account data deleted.

3. Test software and changes

Print Keep is unfinished test software. Features may change, move, break, become unavailable, or be removed. Access may be limited, paused, or ended to protect collectors, data, or the service. Keep a backup of anything irreplaceable; the collection CSV export is available in Profile & Settings.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in, beta access information, and guest-preview browser access secure, and provide accurate account information. Do not impersonate others; scrape or reverse engineer the service; bypass access, safety, or rate limits; introduce malware; interfere with other users; or use Print Keep for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or dangerous activity.

5. Your content and feedback

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Print Keep a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for material you intentionally contributed to a shared Archive record and copies reasonably retained for legal or security purposes. You may share beta feedback, and you permit Print Keep to use those ideas to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

6. Collection continuity and account deletion

Saved collection data is intended to remain connected to your account through the official launch, but a perfect migration is not guaranteed. You may export your collection and delete your account from Profile & Settings. Account deletion removes personal account data and uploaded personal files; shared Archive facts are preserved so one collector cannot remove the common catalog.

Guest browsing has no end date. Guest collection and binder changes are private and connected to a secure cookie in the browser that started guest browsing. A guest session that goes unused for 12 months becomes inaccessible and is scheduled for deletion during cleanup unless you create or sign into an account first. Converting to an account moves the supported guest collection and binder data into that account. Clearing browser data or losing access to that browser before conversion may prevent recovery. You can also discard guest data from the account-creation page.

7. Print Keep and third-party intellectual property

Print Keep’s software, organization, and branding belong to its creator or licensors. Print artwork, artist names, trademarks, and other third-party material belong to their respective owners. Catalog information is provided for collector reference and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not upload material unless you have permission to use it.

8. Outside services, links, and collector dealings

Service providers support hosting, authentication, storage, notifications, and optional AI features. Their services may have their own terms. Outside links and any collector-to-collector purchase, sale, or trade are independent of Print Keep. Verify the other person and transaction before sending money, goods, or personal information.

9. Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend or end access for a material violation of these terms, a credible safety or security risk, unlawful conduct, or discontinuation of the beta. When practical, the operator will give notice and a chance to export collection data. Terms that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of responsibility—continue to apply.

10. No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” Print Keep does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent data availability, complete catalog accuracy, successful trades, or that every defect will be corrected.

11. Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Print Keep and its creator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from beta use, unavailable data, third-party services, outside links, or collector interactions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Updates and contact

Material changes will use a new version and may require renewed agreement. If one part of these terms is not enforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. Questions or notices may be sent through the in-app Feedback page.
